Graphites helps in anemia conditions with redness of face, helps relieve the redness.
It is used to relieve a number of skin disorders, particularly weeping eczema, accompanied by a discharge, that generally occurs at the back of the ears and the knees, on the palms of the hand and even on the nipples.
Dry, cracked skin, psoriasis, cuts that become infected quite easily and ooze pus, keloids (elevated, scratchy scars), scar tissues that turn firm, and deformed nails wherein the nails are usually thick, cracked and distorted, Graphites gives the best results by improving the skin and helping to heal.

How to use Dr. Reckeweg Graphites 3X:

Put tablets into mouth and allow them to dissolve under the tongue. 
Adults and adolescents (12 years and older)2 to 4 tablets, four times daily, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
Children (under 12 years)2 tablets twice a day.
In acute cases- a dose every hour or two.
In severe, painful affections a dose every ten to fifteen minutes.
In chronic affections one to four doses daily.
