About :
It is a Species of plant in the Sunflower Family.This plant has cylindrical, grayish roots. The solitary flower heads are 6–8 mm in diameter, with white florets. The achenes are compressed and narrowly winged.It is bitter, hot, sharp, dry in taste.This species grows commonly in moist places as a weed in warm temperate to tropical areas worldwide.

How to Apply :
A simple hair pack made with bhringraj leaves will prevent baldness. To make the hair pack, take the fresh leaves, grind it to a paste along with little yogurt and apply it to the scalp. Wait for 15 minutes before washing it off. The fresh leaves can be substituted with dried powder too. Bhringraj extracts have been proven for its effectiveness in promoting new hair growth. This hair pack is supposed to be used at least weekly once, for best results. For this hair pack, both varieties of bhringraj plant can be used.

How to Consume :
Morning – Mix 5 gms of powder in 100 ml water, Boil the content for few minutes. Once the water gets warm, filter the content and drink it before food. Repeat the same for Evening Dosage after dinner.
