Saptasaram Kwatham Tablets are an Ayurvedic herbal remedy made out of seven different herbs used in the treatment of joint and hip pain. They balance Vata Dosha and support the healing of abdominal tumors (gulmas) in both men and women. It is also widely used in the Ayurvedic treatment of lower back pain, painful periods, constipation and weak digestion.
