About :
A medium-sized deciduous tree. Flower: In axillary racemes or fascicles, pinkish white. Fruit: A pod, obliquely oblong, woody, compressed, curved at the apex. Seed one, reniform Bark thick, greyish brown, tubercled. Two kinds of galls are present one each on the leaf and on the inflorescence. Leaves glossy above.
