Description :
Chyawanprash is considered an Ayurvedic superfood specially prepared for Supporting immunity, overall strength and rejuvenation of the body. It is high in Vitamin C and other antioxidants. As per Ayurveda, it builds Ojas – the essence of immunity and youthfulness. It pacifies vata, pitta, and kapha and is considered a rasayana (rejuvenative) for all the tissues in the body.

Indication :
As per ayurveda, this Ayurvedic remedy revitalizes rasa (plasma), rakta (blood), mamsa (muscles), shukura (male reproduction), and artava (female reproduction).

Dosage :
1-2 teaspoons twice daily preferably with a glass of milk.
