Description :
Changeri Ghrita is an Ayurvedic medicine, in herbal ghee form.This medicine has ghee as its base. It is used for preparatory procedure for Panchakarma and also as medicine.

Benefits :
It is used as medicine and also in preparatory procedure called snehakarma for the treatment of bloating, malabsorption syndrome, diarrhea, dysuria, piles.
It stops the need for straining the sticky discharge from anus and anal ache and clears urinary obstructions.
It is also used for rectal prolapse.
It is applied over the prolapsed area and the prolapsed part is placed in its normal position.

Dosage :
As medicine – quarter to half teaspoon with water, usually before food, once or twice a day, or as directed by Ayurvedic doctor.
For Panchakarma preparation – Snehana procedure, the dose depends on the disease status and the judgement of Ayurvedic doctor.

Ingredients :
9.6 g of each of Nagara – ginger
Pippalimoola – Long pepper root
Chitraka – Plumbago zeylanica
Gajapippali – Scindapsus officinalis
Gokshura – Tribulus terrestris
Pippali – Long pepper fruit
Dhanya- Coriander
Bilva – Aegle marmelos
Patha- Cyclea peltat / Cissampelos pariera
Yavani – Trachyspermum ammi
Changeri swarasa – juice extract of Oxalis corniculata – 3.072 l
Sarpi – ghee – 768 g
Dadhi – curds – 3.072 kg
The above combination is heated till herbal ghee is prepared.
