According to the ancient acharya charaka in his texts mentions mahasneha as the combination of ghrita tailam, vasa, and majja.

Ghrita go ghrita is the shresta, like wise tiala it is the til or sesame oil, vasa is is extacted from goat meat fat and majja refers to sneha amsha in the bone marrow.
