Description :
Shonitamrutam Kashayam is an excellent Ayurvedic medicine used to treatment of skin diseases and blood detoxification without much pathya. It is herbal decoction. This medicine is based on Kerala Ayurveda Principle.

Benefits :
It is used in Ayurvedic treatment of various skin diseases of Pitta origin- boils, diabetic carbuncles, scabies, itches and visarpa.
It has coolant effect.
It is a mild laxative, hence good for all pitta disorders.
This medicine is also known as Shonitamrutam Kwatham

Dosage :
5 – 10 ml, before food, or on empty stomach, once or twice a day or as directed by Ayurvedic doctor.
If the kashayam is concentrated, then it needs to be mixed with equal quantity of water and should be taken.

Ingredients :
Herbal decoction is prepared from 10 grams of each of
Pathya – Terminalia chebula
Gopangana – Hemidesmus indicus
Nimba – Neem – Azadirachta indica
